I have visited this store several times recently and on each occasion I was very impressed by the quality of service from the staff. They were extremely helpful and had a very good product knowledge. Even when an item I needed was not in stock the assistant made sure that one would be sent direct to me. I left feeling that my visit had been a very good experience.
Served by Rob the manager today. Was returning a item. He went above and beyond what was required and even assisted in recommending a replacement item which was better spec and less price. He is a true asset to this company. Will visit again due to his service.
Back in the day maplin were brilliant. But due to their extortionate prices no wonder they've finished. Thanks to online shopping the rip off shops are going down the pan.. Result in my eyes.
Followed around like a thief, thought people these days would be a good judge of character.... If it's worth buying, get it on Amazon for a fraction of the price
Though many in-store prices can be bettered online, the team at the Loughborough store are helpful and often have some good, knowledge/experience based suggestions.
Served by the manager today and my service was well above expectations when I bought my pure radio which was also at the best price anywhere well done maplins.
Amazing staff, very friendly and helpful. Great place when looking for unusual tech stuff
