JAPANEESE KNOTWEED - A shame I really have to give one star as zero would be more appropriate - this is the worst run company for any land matters. Very unprofessional and just do not care. I have Mather Jamie land at the side of my property that is absolutely covered in Japanese Knotweed and spreading. They know how bad this land is and don't care. For a land management company it is shocking! Please be warned how they operate, unprofessional, condescending and everything done on the cheap'

This is my second time as a tenant in a property that is managed by Mather Jamie, having been a tenant with them for over four years and hopefully many more years to come. From the very first phone call and meeting with Amy, I have always found them to be so helpful from communication, to on the rare occasion, any maintenance and repairs that have been required. In my first and second property I have been looked after by Carole Taylor, who couldn't do enough to ensure that I am happy and comfortable in my home. Carole's communication is excellent, very courteous and nothing is too much trouble . I would highly recommend becoming a tenant in one of the properties managed by Carole and the team at Mather Jamie.

I moved into an estate cottage in October; cannot fault Mather Jamie and their team. Carole is exemplary; professional, knowledgeable. You get the feel that Mather Jamie cares for the homes in their charge, the village/ area and their tenants. Very happy with my choice and cannot recommend highly enough.

We have recently become tenants with Mather Jamie and Carole Taylor look after us from the start. From the first viewing she was very helpful and was understanding to our needs. We provided all the relevant paperwork and she kept us updated at each stage of the process. She made sure the property was decorated and clean with everything as it should be. Carole met us early in the morning on the day we moved in to go over everything and to make us aware to contact her about any problems as nothing is too much trouble and any job would be seen to straight away.
