Excellent service from the team at Moore and York from initial marketing to exchange and completion. Any problems encountered during the process were dealt with professionally and in a friendly manner.
I rented a property and halfway through the tenancy contract Moore and York took over. At the end I did not renew the tenancy and I was told I would forfeit the deposit because I had worn out the carpets that had not been renewed for 7yrs when I had lived there 3yrs. I had to go through Shelter to get my deposit of over a thousand back. I have never had problems with the previous landlords as Iam always house proud and look after my home. Never again!
