Great place to visit with plenty of activities for children. Garden Railway, crazy golf, railway museum, woodland walks and a play area. Also a lovely cafe with friendly staff.

What an amazing place. Deciding to take my father out for the day it turned to be just as enjoyable for me too!! They have done an amazing job here, the presentation of not just the rolling stock but also the history of the place. Everything was well laid out and easily accessible for those less able. Dad enjoyed the few hours we spent there together, he loved the train carriages and steam train. The cafe also has outside seating, great for a summers day and great for children. There is adequate parking and the site is easily accessible.

Extensive range of food in the café and much of it home made. Worth a visit just for that but an interesting place too.
