I arrived at this tip this morning without an appointment. The operative on duty could not have been more helpful and let us leave our car load of household waste which we had accumulated over the last year. Thank goodness for common sense, which I very much appreciated. Happy St.George's day

The current covid-19 restrictions mean that there is an appointment only system. This together with an allocated bay means that this recycling site is really safe. Well done too all concerned.

I was not able to tip as I hadn't booked a time slot and was asked to leave site and book one which as I was told takes 10mins OK 35mins later I was still in a queue so went back on site and explained that I was still queueing on the phone to which the young man said hang up ill talk you through the online process OK 40mins later he still couldn't book me an appointment although he was a least trying and in the end said I could tip just this once OK I would just like to say that not at anytime was there anyone tipping what a great use of tax payer's money everyone just standing around with nothing to do surely a bit of common sense could have been applied but ha ho I could understand if people were queuing out on the road but there wasn't please could someone who obviously just sits in an office who clearly doesn't have a clue in life hand their notice in. Its not the boys and girls at the site as they are only doing as told
