Very poor company not to be trusted we had offer accepted on a house but had a issue with mortgage we kept in contact with estate agents and told them give us 48h to sort it things out and it was resolved within 48h. We was then told by NB to pay our valuation fees to the lender of 500 to play catch up on the sale . In the mean time they carried on showing people round the property which in turn resulted in us having our offer now thrown out because they had a new offer. Now we lost our money to the valuation company. I understand a higher offer is a higher off but our offer was accepted they shouldn’t have done what they done I know it’s probably within the law but a little loyalty goes a long way, money grabbing and greed come to mind Total waste of time

Excellent service from NB....make other Estate Agents in Loughborough look like amateurs! Anna Law gets all necessary information from prospective buyers on there present position and all appointments are confirmed by text on the same day of viewing to ensure appointments are not missed by buyers.. Anna follows up on there thoughts on the property and phones seller to give updates which are precise and sensible. I have found most other agents send prospective buyers but never give any feed back.. As soon as we used NB we knew we were in good hands. It was refreshing to see an Estate agent that was actually interested in selling our property. Thank you Anna and Chris for your professional approach in securing a sale for our property. Tim Faux.
