I had done extensive reserach on composite wood decks from cheaper wood to the very expensive. There is a vast difference in quality. I found Neo Timber sat well on the higher quality side. I had a very big deck to build so was also price conscious. Jay Davie in sales took time to look at my drawings and measurements and was able to give me a very accurate calcuation and quote for the amount of decking, lumber and clips needed to complete the job. My deck has three large plaftorms so was not an easy task to design or install but with the advice and quality of the product my builders were able to complete the job in a week. I am most happy with the finished look. From beginning to end Neo Timber has been professional and helpful. A big thank you.

I am yet to fit the product however it is sturdy and carries a lot of weight, which is obviously a sign that it is a good quality product. Special shout out to Jason and his Son from Dilkes, our delivery was a good 70 miles from the warehouse and yet they were here and unloading by 9am, being methodical and taking great care to ensure the correct products were left, and were not damaged in the process of unloading. Top service from all involved!
