Other than going to have a look at the phones in person, all other info can be done online. Unfortunately any deals or advice can be found online so the shop experience seems pointless.
Staff was completely uninviting. Helen spoke to my partner extremely rudely when he was trying to buy a new phone as his started crashing last night from the moment we walked into the shop. Some people are not made for customer service and she is definitely one of them. I understand there being certain issues with purchases and certain procedures that have to be followed to transfer contacts from one phone to another but she has been rude from the moment we walked into the shop. Whilst I was waiting about for him to be served I enquired about getting a new phone for myself as I've now paid mine off and all my questions were answered dismissively. I'm a person who knows what they want and I thought I'd simply enquire whilst I was in the shop. All you have to say is no we don't do Dual SIM in this phone and that's all. I don't like buying from people with attitude and therefore I will not be returning to this store and if you prefer to be approached with good customer service I suggest you shop around or deal with your enquiries online.

Majority of staff just sat around, not very inviting to come into. With one exception, Jason was very amicable and helpful.
You have to wait a long time to get seen to as there don't seem to be enough staff around!!!! Although the young lady I saw was helpful in that she didn't sell me any unnecessary items, she was very condescending and cocky with it!!!! I really felt looked down upon by her!!!! I doubt I'll come back here unless I really need to!!!! The only plus side was the lovely cool airconditioner - bliss!!!!
Helpful staff swapped all my data from one phone to another as I had no clue.
