Firstly I would like to say how great the products were supplied by Online Building Plastics, I would also like to say how fantastic the service was! For the amount of drainage, Soil pipes & fittings I purchased they gave me a telephone call and reduced my rate! What an amazing company to deal with! This company started fitting windows on march 3th 2015 it is now may 2016 and my windows are still not Finnish I have gone blue in the face trying to get them to finish them john the boss of this company will not answer his phone i have been down to the shop and left messages for him to call me but can't be bothered I have sent registered letter reminding him of the sale of goods act no response he has sent 4 sets of fitters out over the months none of which I would call tradesman think it's time to take the next step please if you value your sanity avoid like the plague
