We have just moved into our new home here and so far, we cannot fault Persimmon Homes. From the start of the process with reserving our plot, Niamh was fantastic. She helped us along the way and gave us so much advice. Nadine, the sales director, also stepped in to reassure us when we had concerns. Due to the pandemic and us being first time buyers, it was safe to say we were very stressed and apprehensive. Nevertheless, Niamh and Nadine were amazing and kept us updated. The site manager Wayne showed us round on our home demo, and was great in answering any questions we had. Our first day in the house, we noticed our front door wouldn't lock from the inside, and our oven wouldn't turn on. The next morning, within 5 minutes of making a phone call, two of the site workers came round. One changed the locks, and the other fixed the oven... all within 5 minutes. Absolutely brilliant. After having concerns and worries about moving into a Persimmons Home based on the reviews we have read, we are pleased we decided to give them a chance, and we do not regret it. It's early days, and we are still settling, but we would definitely recommend Persimmon Homes!

Had nothing but problems since we reserved the plot, plans changing, offers of what was going in the house changed, rushed to get the sale through even though the house wasnt ready. House was signed off clear for sale but 4 a4 sheets of defects picked up. Rear garden an absolute disaster zone. No drainage so constantly floods. Persimmon as always dont care a dot they have our money that's all they care about. Worst decision of my life one which I'll regret forever. My advise STAY AWAY FROM PERSIMMON!!!
Customer service was great, Steven in sales was very helpful and got us in touch with the broker James Leighton who have been nothing but helpful. King's Gate looks like a lovely area!
