Don't waste your time, this GP is absolutely a joke. I had to get private treatment, same with the rest of my family members. As they only do call-appointments the doctor told me to take ibuprofen for 2 months without seeing me.

As other reviewers have alluded to, the doctors here are brilliant however the reception staff have a serious attitude problem. I understand times are stressful at the moment but manners cost nothing.

I was advised to see my doctors regarding my very high blood pressure by a rehabilitation clinic on calling the surgery I was told by the receptionist that all appointments are booked so asked if I could be booked in 2021 but she replied appontments are booked to the end of 2021 but if I ring at 8 in morning I may get an appointment, thing is if you do you are constantly reminded by the repeating message that appointments are only available for urgent issues that must be seen on the day this makes my blood pressure go higher.When my blood pressure goes down a bit I may try my luck for 2022 or even 2023 they may be very kind to me by doing an appraisal of my current medication which was due Jan 2020.

Had multiple bad experiences. Also the receptionist accused me of lying and stated herself and the doctor tried to ring me for a phone call consultation. This never happened and she was extremely rude to me. Would not recommend as a good doctors surgery!
