Appauling. Rude and obnoxious when questioned why the postage at his Post office was always more than at any other. The same size box. The same contents. Yet always more money every time. Without fail.... I won't be returning.
Staff here lack the most basic of customer service skills, disgraceful treatment of customers.
I've been using this is office (as well as the chemist) and can say it has let's given me fantastic service each and very time so ignore the negative comment someone wrote! If usedmost post offices in Loughborough as a small business and these 're first class!
