So far i have been waiting 15 days with NO contact at all. I even paid for 'FAST TRACK' and still nothing. Nothing on the website to inform customers of any delays. This is TERRIBLE for a company this size and i have gone elsewhere. Not sure why they are so reccomended?!?!? Probably spend more time sending FREEBIES to people sat in their bedroom on youtube. Try looking after your actual customers instead of deadbeat streamers

Ordered on a Friday afternoon and received on the following Tuesday. The customer service was friendly and helpful, able to customise the gamer bundle to fit my order, I asked for red rings and black thumbsticks. The fit and finish was excellent but the performance was the stand out factor, takes a little getting used to but your able to react so much faster.
I waited 2 months to get my controller customised etc etc almost 400 all in, played literally 50 times, treat it like a diamond not A scratch on it, march 6th year warrenty is up, April 6th yesterday march 5th the R2 stopped responding, this is coincidence I guess?? Controller is in mint condition otherwise, sick to my stomach, ruined gaming for another 2 months
Horrible experience, sent my controller back for repair and havent heard back in a week and don't even know if theyve received it, they have no phone number too - worst customer service to exist.
The controller is awesome; quick gaming response, feels wonderful in the hand, looks fab' We had a problem with it turning on - sent it back - no problems or hassle, fixed that problem and did a full detail on it, returned quickly and in a lovely box as well - Thanks Scuf great product, great service - super happy 12 year old son :)
Ordered a controller on 13/5/20 as a present for my husband - taken my money but never respond to my emails and can’t get anyone on the phone. Had an email to say with the courier and now seems no one knows where it is and being passed around with no one being able to tell me where my controller is! You have had 220.00 of my money for 3 months with no product DISGUSTING
Ordered a controller in May due to COVID-19 was delivered end of June, opened it up and was faulty straight out the box ! Contacted company and waited for a response eventually arranged to send it back for a repair finally took delivery end of July for it to be used literally 30mins before developing the same fault ! This is a 200 controller... since then I have sent numerous emails and 4wks later still waiting for a reply as to how I get a full refund. Worst customer service I think I’ve ever experienced
Ordered the SCUF Impact controller in March, faulty within 1 week of using. After waiting months for a repair due to COVID the controller had the same fault still present on first use out of the box after repair. Now cannot receive any response from the Company after trying to contact them for the last month with numerous email. Terrible customer service and product for a controller that costs 180.00 and hasn't worked for longer than one week!
