Anyone who is considering joining this Company at Mountsorrel with Mental health difficulties stay clear. I'm not going to paint tarmac with the same brush but Management had a poor time dealing with me when I needed help. They have all these mental health posters around the site but when It comes to helping and dealing with situations, they are not equipped and have no interest in helping you. This was the sole reason I left because I wasn't supported properly when I needed it. There is also a bad racial jokes that go on at this place which is grotesque. Management even know who these people are but choose to do nothing. It's a shame because there is some top blokes I would consider working with again.
