We seek to help those who are homeless, threatened with homelessness, vulnerably housed or having difficulties managing their accommodation. Our clients often experience a variety of issues, such as, domestic violence, alcohol & substance abuse, social exclusion & isolation, anti-social behaviour, mental health problems, learning difficulties, physical or sensory disabilities alongside problems with their housing. Our aim is to provide sustainable housing solutions through prevention and early intervention. Our Organisation has a strong track record of delivering high quality services which are subject to external quality audits. We regularly achieve the highest level of compliance against the different audit standards. Our Housing Support Services were recently assessed by the Local Authority using their Quality Assessment Framework and gained A’s across all 5 standards. We also hold the Advice Quality Standard for our Specialist Housing Advice Work and this is audited every 2 years.
