We loved our house at 18 Burleigh Road, especially the huge kitchen. The place was clean when we moved in and had been freshly refurbished with new floors. It was the nicest property we lived in whilst studying in Loughborough. Any problems we had during the tenancy were quickly sorted. Would highly recommend!

I had a wonderful year renting with Varsity lets. Our property on Beacon road was a very well presented house with 5 evenly sized double bedrooms. Geoff and Chris made our stay enjoyable and responded to issues very swiftly. Would recommend 100% June 2020 Review - its our second year with varsity lets and it has been great yet again. Thanks to Tom, Geoff and Chris for taking care of us for our second time in beacon road. Best letting company in Loughborough!
Thanks to Geoff, Tom and Chris we managed to have a very satisfying year without stressing about the house we had at 3 Radmoor Road. The landlord, Geoff, was ALWAYS one step ahead with everything. Every time something in the house didn't work he immediately would send Tom to fix it or replace it (e.g. our fridge broke and in 1 day we had a new one). Also Geoff is a very kind person who knows how to relate with students and makes you feel at home. There are no negative things I would say about the house: its in a perfect location, every tenant has a big room and the people working behind it were always on point. I would suggest this house to everyone!!!!
Being a tenant at 3 Radmor Road was a great experience. Geoff, the landlord, was always available and was of great help throughout the year. Tom was fast and successful at tackling any of the problems we had in the house, and Chris was clear and fair when we checked out. We never had any issues throughout the entire year.
Myself and 3 others lived in 3 Burleigh Road this academic year. We had a great year and the house was amazing. We had a new bathroom fitted which was great. The landlords and everyone who helped with the maintenance of the house were so helpful and made our year really enjoyable.
