It was my first visit the other day. Staff where very friendly and vet answered all my questions I had. at the min Im very happy with the level of care. my puppy will be 12 weeks Thursday and hopefully this will be the start of a great friendship between me vet and my dog.

Twiddly Bits

We use this vets simply because we have faith in the staff, they are not any more expensive than average but appear to have a very good knowledge which when you are concerned with your pet that is loved by you very much you need a degree of reassurance. Our last vets based in Coalville did not give the same reassurance only a bill to pay and in addition over the years we actually only had or saw the same vet twice and that was in the same week all other times it was a different vet which we know now were trainees that could not really give you a direct answer. Vet Value is hopefully going to be our vets place for a very long time. So very recommended!
