An extremely thorough and professional examination. In addition the optician gave me lots of good advice on keeping my eyes healthy. The team in the front office were most helpful and patient in assisting me choosing new frames. I would not go anywhere else for my eye health care. Superb organisation.

Such a great opticians for both contact lenses and glasses. They stock the most stylish frames. The contact lenses are high quality and superior to their competitors. I used to have so much trouble with past contact lenses - but I've been with visual answers for over two years now and never had any issues with them since. To top it off the team there are fab!
Excellent opticians. I would highly recommend. Daniella and her team couldn’t do enough for me from start to finish. The customer service is fantastic. Both my small children had their eyes tested too and staff were so good with them. Thank you!
Mr B has been my go-to optician for well over 20 years - I have complete confidence in his skills, experience and judgement. Whilst not cheap, Visual Answers is very good value - the high levels of customer service delivered really make you feel like you're valued and respected. Keep up the excellent work, folks!
