Disappointing. I had a confirmed booking appointment where nobody turned up, so went into the office to check. The gentleman I was supposed to be seeing was on the phone to another client, and made no attempt to acknowledge my presence. Another staff member helped me out, but was unapologetic about the situation. I have now actively excluded Whitegates from my list of agents to deal with.
