Anderson Sinclair came recommended by a friend who is now on their third kitchen with the company so I didn't doubt that they were good at what they do. However, there are lots of companies local to me so I checked them all out. Anderson won the day purely because of the way the team is. They are honest and upfront and didn't pressure me or try to trick us to make decisions before we were ready, like some of the other firms we spoke to did. They stated straight away that they were there to consult and would ask for a deposit only when we were comfortable with the designs. Their designer was amazing, so intuitive and highly skilled. The customer management we experienced was just plain excellent. We invested a lot of money into our new extension and kitchen with them and we are now already looking at our new garden room and potentially the loft too. We did hit problems during lockdown, but that was mostly outside of their control. Simon who looked after us was always upfront and clear when we were going to experience less than perfect moments and this made everything go smoothly. A superb company to work with.

Saw this company a couple of years ago at Grand Designs at Excel in London when looking for a kitchen. Impressed with what they were offering and did some research. Found they were an Independent Retailer based on an Industrial Estate but decided to see what they could offer. What they offered was a bespoke fully serviced properly fitted kitchen well within my budget. Price was broken down into component parts and remained fixed for duration of my dealings (including lockdown etc) where I was quite expecting a price hike. Excellent sales and customer service when some white goods originally on the quotation were out of stock at time of order. Alternatives quck found that suited my requirements. Most importantly I was informed on an ongoing basis of any problems re supply. Very important because Anderson Sinclair are based in Essex and my kitchen was to be installed on South Coast in Dorset. Don't normally to these survey recommendation type things but in this case felt it was more than worthwhile. Would Highly recommend Anderson Sinclair for any Kitchen Building works .

We wanted a Mereway Kitchen and Utility room, I also was keen to have a loft extension done. I found Anderson Sinclair online and after asking for references I was quickly confident that they would do a good job for me. We spent 40k on the kitchen and it's a beauty! We are now planning the upstairs bedrooms and the loft extension with them. They did what they said, we were impressed by their honesty and integrity as people. It wasn't always easy but they managed to pull it off, and all during lockdown. The only issues that came up were with supply and these were outside their control. Good communicators. Overall a very good experience. Highly recommend....

I have just bought and taken delivery of a kitchen from Anderson-Sinclair and I am thrilled with all the finishing touches it incorporates. From start to finish, Jon and the team have been very easy to deal with. I wasn't able to visit the showroom until quite late in the process, but this wasn't a problem. No matter how many questions I asked, they always took the time to explain clearly and make sure we were getting the kitchen we wanted. Looking forward now to using it!

We recently visited a friends house in Chelmsford and after seeing their kitchen we asked who had designed it. We were recommended to Anderson Sinclair and they said that they had considered several local companies before making the decision. It’s a big investment , and important to get it right. The units are of a very high quality and there was a lots of designs to choose from. We checked out the company and following an initial meeting with Jon, we knew we were in good hands.This was just before lockdown and from start to finish, the team worked tirelessly to ensure a smooth and professional service . We did hit some lockdown supply problems but they were quickly and professionally handled by the team. We love our kitchen. It has transformed our home. Thank you to everyone at Anderson Sinclair.
