Tuba Demirel

The ladies in this shop are very rude to the customers with kids. Upon an accident they yelled and insulted a mother today in front of other customers. They blamed her for letting her son play with the glassware, which was not true indeed. Although the lady said she was sorry and admitted paying they continued blaming her. The glassware has been exhibited in the middle of the store on a very unstable shelf-which makes those very prone to fall off. Although I visit this shop every now and then I see that they need a little more politeness to the customers. Accidents happen in every store.
