Used this company from a local business recommendation on our business park. Recently installed a door entry system for us, from the initial phone call through to the install, all the members of staff were helpful and polite. Reasonably priced and quality product. The surveyor was on time and polite and helpful, everything was explained and different quotes were provided to suite us which was helpful The fitter was quick, efficient and tidy. Highly recommend.

I have a limited understanding of all things that tradesmen do at my home and therefore I am always apprehensive when they are working. I was pleasantly surprised at by the work carried out by ESS, any mess was cleaned, and I felt myself and my home were treated with respect. We were very impressed with Essex Security, our old system was just that, old!!!, so we asked them to provide a cost for an updated system The engineer was able to keep the old system going for a week while we waited for the new one. The new system has lots of options that the original never had. Excellent, would recommend
