After months of lockdown I returned to this trusted barbers. All precautions were taken to protect staff and customers, which include a sanitizer on entry, temperature check, all staff and customers are required to wear masks and PVC sheets that are disposed of after each haircut. I am very fortunate to have these exemplary barbers, who always lead by example.

I can only imagine that the review from the dissatisfied customer was probably written by a rival Barbers Shop. Not only did I get a great Haircut at a reasonable price (And was able to pay by Credit Card). I found it to be a very friendly experience with the banter between the Boss (Will) and the two (attractive) female stylists very entertaining. Also I was early for my appointment and was offered a cup of coffee which I took outside to the back of the shop to a wonderful almost tropical garden you would never believe was in Loughton. Very relaxing not like having to wait in a row in a stuffy shop. As I was leaving I was given a loyalty card so after a few more haircuts I will get a Free one. But without that incentive I was going to return again anyway.
