Very helpful staff and good price
Polite, helpful, items in stock, lots of tempting items in store and great offers, so why only four stars? ITS don't offer any kind of click and collect service. The website only let's you order and pay for a delivery service unless you want to buy loads then delivery is free. Sadly I'm not that organised, I need to ensure something is in stock, reserve or pay for it, then go and pick it up there and then, like EVERYONE else does in this retail sector.

Like Argos/ Screw Fix, but just for tools rather than building materials. Good range, reasonable prices. Staff are happy to spend time with you. Quick service, easy parking.

I have always bought my hand tools from ITS in Leytonstone and now Loughton they have a better range of products but i think their cordless power tools are a bit too expensive.
