When I first walked in to Loughton Bathrooms and I met Jodie I knew straight away that I don't need to look for longer to find my perfect bathroom furniture and accessories. She helped us to have a great design and an outstanding service from the beginning to the end.The showroom is nice and tidy , well organized, the whole team is really knowledgeable about what they are selling and extremely helpful. I highly recommend them .

We had three bathrooms designed and ordered through Loughton Bathrooms, which was a daunting task but the team with their extensive in depth knowledge and impeccable customer service, made us feel at ease straight away. We very much enjoyed the design process with Mehmet, who was very. accommodating of us regularly changing our minds! All items were delivered before or on the estimated. date. We received excellent service when an item was reported as faulty, with a replacement arriving within a couple of days. I will be recommending Loughton Bathrooms to everyone I know!

To write a ‘brief’ review doesn’t do justice to the impeccable workmanship carried out by Loughton Bathrooms, Ltd (LB). In September 2020, LB (a family-owned business) far exceeded our expectations with my parent’s bathroom remodel. The entire process from the initial assessments, design to installation was handled professionally and skilfully. The friendly and respectful tradesmen arrived on time each morning, worked hard, and cleaned up at the end of each day, which is unheard of! Neville, Dennis and their team assured us that our design needs would be met, and they did just that. They even went the extra mile when they volunteered to restore a keepsake bathroom mirror with shelves (originally built by my father over 35 years ago). The work of the project was communicated daily as needed, and our bathroom was completed within the original indicated timeline. The finished result is a stunning functional, modern, and luxurious space. All the furnishings within the new bathroom have been tested, and we love them. Our entire family are extremely happy and satisfied customers, and will recommend LB to family and friends, and anyone considering a new bathroom. Thank you Loughton Bathrooms, Ltd for making our dream a reality!
