Such a caring & helpful team at Loughton Self-Drive. I wasn’t sure what size van I needed so was shown around two. Booking was simple & flexible. The van was easy to use (tail lift really helped) & drive. Everyone in the office who I spoke to was friendly and cheery. I’ve moved 150 miles away but the support from the team made it all a bit easier. Thank you.

I used Loughton Self Drive many years ago to hire the odd van and decided to use them again recently to rent a car. The company has grown somewhat since I last visited but with the same warm welcome and attention to customer service. All staff are very knowledgeable and clearly enjoy what they do. Just because you're renting from an independent does NOT mean tired old cars and shoddy service. I was upgraded to a fantastic brand new car that far exceeded my expectations. Pick up and drop off were easy and everything well explained. The location is extremely convenient being adjacent to Debden Underground station. I can highly recommend Loughton Self Drive and intend using them in future in preference to a multi-national.

What a great place to use for Van hire. Staff helpful and friendly with nothing too much trouble for them. Not many of their vans will end up looking like this but this helped Leverton PTA take 1st place at the cavalcade of light on Friday night. Thanks again.
