Brilliant Customer service. Walked up to reception and they clearly explained the Covid rules. My car was due a service. Once complete the Advisor was brilliant. Went through all the minor issues with me. Explained that certain jobs are due in a few months and gave me a quick breakdown on prices. Pleasant experience.

Used car purchase. I received excellent service from Eros in the sales team remotely during lockdown. I could not view the car but he emailed an extremely clear video demo of all the car's features and then answered a long list of emailed questions honestly. He was furloughed on and off over the month but gave me good notice, so I knew when to expect a response. I bought the car without seeing it as I had received such clear information. On eventual pick up he was extremely helpful in the handover, explaining hybrid elements from his own practical experience driving the same model. The Sales manager also asked me directly for feedback and I received an after sales call to address any questions after a week or so of driving the new car. All in all a very positive customer experience.

Really helpful staff, massive selection of cars. Parking is a pain but abandon you car somewhere they will politely ask you to move if needed. When you go in.. cars to the right vans and commercials to the left
