Never again.just been through the registration process to be a transporter for Movex. Told them from the start it was a new start up but a add on to our car sales business. Paid for GIT insurance, public liability insurance, a 4 year old transporter, to be told at the last hurdle I needed a ref from a current customer !!!! How can a new start up have ref,s !!!! Kayleigh didnt know what GIT I had even though I sent the document twice. I had to send the truck reg twice. Cost me a lot of money for nothing and when you eventually get on the app, the rates are really poor and are only good enough for back loads.

TO BE AVOIDED.!!!!!!!!!! Used them threw ANYVAN will never use them again - Agreed to collect vechile from copart wolverhampton booked collection for 3pm at 2:10 got a call from anyvan saying transporter Movex cant collect the car drivers stock in Leeds I tried callig them they blocked my number i tried a diffrent method got threw to be told more lies the guy was ery unprofesional and did not care I had the drivers number who was due to collect the car i phoned him he told me he was on the way to collect a car from Doncaster TO BE AVOIDED. when things go wrong they will just move onto the next job and block you
used Movex on many occasions. Really helpful and on the ball. Ceyda and Frankie are FANTASTIC. They are so attentive and enthusiastic. Makes you feel you have your own account managers when they are in control of your jobs. All in all, a great business with great employees..

Had no other option but to try these people due to the COVID lockdown, and will never use them again - when there was a problem with the job, they just washed their hands of it and even hung up on me when l was trying to sort it out! Look elsewhere for a delivery service, even if it is more expensive...... at least you'll get the car back : l'm still waiting after a week and a half. TO BE AVOIDED.
