I went in today for a wash and cut. When washing my hair she was a little rough, my head was moving around a lot. Could do with being more gentle. I have very short hair and when I asked for a number 2 shave around the side the hairdresser seemed a little unsure. However once I assured her that was how i normally have it she went ahead. Before cutting every section she checked with me to make sure it was how I wanted it. A few times I asked her to cut it shorter as she was taking care not to go too short. The end result is a fabulous hair cut. Maybe a little less chat about lunch but I would definitely recommend to a friend ans return for my next hair cut.

Just had a great restyle haircut and blowdry with Carly. She was really helpful and absolutely lovely. I love my new hair style!
I asked to go a bit more deeper on a massage she told me this was 10 more. Acted like she didn't want to be there kept yawning and checking her phone while massaging . I was 6pm so clearly last client of the day she couldn't get out the door quick enough .as soon as I got ready she was standing fhefe with her coat on and bags ready to leave. Made me feel very uncomfortable.
nice store but the lady keeps looking at me and saying stuff about me in her own language. Its not my first language but she says stuff and its uncomfortable. but excellent service and results
This is the shabbiest sslon with the lest helpful staff. Bought a hammam session vis groupon, now told this branch is closing so tough ive wasted my money. Called yesterday to be told theyre too busy to take my call, phone back. No thanks
They wanted to over charge me by 10.00. Rude and arrogant staff. The Indian lady has money grabbing attitude.
