I had been suffering with daily headaches for over a year when I heard about SV's headache and migraine therapy. I got booked in with Fleur and from the first session I could already notice a huge difference. My headaches were happening every 3-4 days instead of daily and when they did they were less painful and lasted half the time they used to. With every session I have seen more and more improvement and now whenever a headache does pop up I know how to ease it from the home exercises given to me my the amazing Fleur. After looking for answers from doctors since 2019 this is the only treatment I've had that has made a difference. I am so thankful for Fleur and SV, can't recommend them enough!

Following a recent road traffic accident , I visited Pip at the Waltham Abbey clinic with a lower back problem. I have received fantastic professional treatment from all of the staff I’ve encountered at SV Sports Therapy. I have an ongoing arthritic condition, disc bulges, painful knees, muscles and hamstrings . The skill set is nicely spread amongst the team, Gabi and Fleur concentrating on my initial muscular / hamstring issues associated with my condition , and with Annabel introducing me to other alternatives later on to aid further relief/ recovery and providing fantastic advice and knowledge. I’m feeling a lot better now and understand a lot more about my condition and what to look out for. Thank you ladies Mr Hughes .
