Fantastic customer service from start to finish. Because of the Coronavirus lockdown everything shut down for 3 months so wasn’t able to order my new car until June but I was still able to take delivery on the 2/9 which I wasn’t expecting. This is my second mini from Synter Chigwell and probably won’t be my last. The whole team were great from sales to the business team. Would highly recommend synter chigwell to anyone looking to buy a mini in the future.

Recently visited the MINI Chigwell showroom. I have to admit all of the precautions for COVID which were laid out throughout the showroom were very secure in which I felt safe. I have to also give a mention to the branch manager Nick Murphy and the sales assistant Dennis who were brilliant even though I didn’t purchase a vehicle I felt very wanted and welcome. I will definitely be back soon to purchase a car for my wife. 10/10
