I was so impressed with Louis Mechanical! After a pipe burst in the freeze, they were able to quickly assess and repair the damage. I received three quotes on the phone from different companies, and I will say Louis Mechanical was the only HONEST one who did not take advantage of the unique freeze situation. Their \call out\ fee was HUNDREDS less than the others I called. The communication between their office staff and myself was also FANTASTIC. It felt like you were dealing with family or friends. I will never use another plumber again.

Highly recommend this company!! I've used them several times and have always been pleased. They came out this time for a hot water heater issue, turns out it was just a small part that failed, they replaced the part and all was fixed.
