Absolutely beyond disgusted with how you all treat people. I just found out that you all are charging 14,000 worth of interest AND fees on an account from over 10 years ago that come to find out was originally only 1100 even though the family member of mine tried numerous times to settle the issue. Guess you gotta make yalls money somehow, even if it's by taking from someone who's already trying to figure out how to pay for treatment. DISGUSTING AND VILE! I'll make sure to let everyone I know that you all treat people less than human.

I switched to Louisiana Federal Credit Union a few years back when trying to get a loan because I had no credit and another bank wouldn't approve me for the loan. I've had no issues with them and I never have to wait long when going in, often getting service right away. My only gripe is that half the time when I go to the ATM to deposit cash into my accont, the ATM light is always red which means you can't do it. If not for that then I would gladly give 5 stars.
