Words can not express how much I appreciate what Dr. Smith did for me. I booked an appointment with his office on Monday but by Friday morning my skin was not getting better and it seemed like I was only making it worse with my home remedies. I called his office on Friday trying to get in that day due to the nature of my skin issue. I left a message and didn't hear back - I assumed they closed early that day. To my profound shock and dismiss I got a call from him on SATURDAY! What doctor calls his patients on Saturday? Let me make this last sentence clear - not his nurse, not a secretary but Dr. Smith himself. I described what was happening and he told me my need sounds urgent and asked if I could be at his office in one hour? I arrived to his office where he opened up just for me to address my skin issue. He was able to put me at ease as I was very concerned that my skin was going to stay this color. He described how he was going to treat my skin and how it was going to repair itself with this medicine he was going to place me on. Dr. Smith is a one of a kind Doctor! There are no words in the English, Spanish and Russian language that I've learned to express my deepest thanks!
