Anna took extremely good care of us from start to finish as we experienced an unfortunate problem with our Q50 Infinity. We had our Q50 towed from Evansville, Indiana to Louisville KY., on Monday. Shane in towing helped us get our car towed to Louisville(Shane was wonderful just like Anna). Anna took it from there... she notified us when our car arrived at Louisville’s Infinity Dealership later that day. Anna informed us that she would take care of all details, including a Tuesday morning inspection of our car. Anna called meTuesday morning and said that numerous parts had to be ordered and that the parts may not arrive till Friday sometime. She said she would remain in contact with us until our car was repaired. Anna called Wednesday with good news! Our parts arrived earlier than expected, and our car would be ready Thursday morning. Anna greeted us on Thursday, gave us a complete rundown of the repairs and happily led us out to the parking lot where our beautiful Q50 was waiting for us....it was washed, cleaned inside and looking great. I am very very impressed with Infiniti’s outstanding customer service.... Thanks for employees who helped us...Shane initially and Anna took care of everything after the tow. Infinity is a superior car and I love it, but kudos to the unsung employees like Shane and Anna who exemplified professionalism and were there for my wife and me throughout the process. Infinity should be very thankful for these folks who are essential and who complement the outstanding name of INFINITY Thank you Shane and Anna!!!!!!!!
Miguel was great to work with. He had a loaner car ready for me and I was able to drop my car off and be on the road within 15 minutes, which is great. He even got something out of my car that I had forgotten and had it on his desk for me. I appreciate the extra service.
Loved how professional everyone was. I’m still amazed on how fast everything was! The car is beautiful and clean. Best customer service I’ve had with any dealership in town. Would highly recommend to anyone. Compared to other dealerships they truly were honest about getting me the car I wanted for the best price.

As always, great service and communication from the service department! Everyone was helpful and got the work done in the expected time frame. They also do a great job with virtual and on line tools making the check in and check out process very efficient.

I always enjoy going here. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. It was so quiet that I didn't want to leave. I don't know if this time they forgot to vacuum or because of the snow they just didn't. I called back before leaving the parking lot but I said oh well and just left. I'm sure they would have gladly taken care of it. I just had other things to do. But yea, they always help me in any way they can when I visit.
