Restaurant is great - lovely food. Takeaway, delivery service is shocking!! 3.5hr wait and still no food - told 1.5 hrs and they don’t pick up the phone. Don’t be greedy - if you don’t have the service to deliver, please don’t take the orders and money from people.

Just enjoyed a great takeaway! Nice to have an Indian where you can taste and enjoy the spices. Will be trying the restaurant when COVID buggers off.

Shocking service. Placed an order online at 6:30pm, stating delivery at 7:30. Waited until 8pm as it's understandably busy on new year's eve. Called up at 8pm just wanting an update as it should've arrived by then, once we could eventually get through on the phone, we were told that the order will be leaving shortly. An hour later at 9pm still no sign of it, we call several times, when we finally get through the man on the phone seemingly goes off to find out where our order is up to, and about 3 minutes later you hear the phone get physically put down and gets hung up. After that we can't get through at all. Won't be accepting the food if/when it arrives although I imagine it never will.

Eaten in the restaurant a few times and can not fault it, unfortunately their online delivery service is absolutely shocking, waited 2 hours and 20 minutes for our food go turn up after phoning them twice, the delivery driver had the wrong address and phoned to get the correct address which I gave her then saw her down the road trying to deliver to one of my neighbours, after finally receiving our food half of it was missing! So told them not to bother, Awful service, I'll be back to using Balti nights or the Ruby
