Purchased an incredible lounge suite. Just have to get myself off this comfortable zone. In this challenging logistics time due to COVID there were some small issues with receiving into Oz. The solution they gave suited me incredibly well. Could have been a poor experience but ended up being EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE.
No one came to greet me or ask if I needed any help. I walked the floor for 10 minutes before I decided I would just have to approach them. The staff member I spoke to was lovely and happy to help. The store was clean, but the layout felt more like a warehouse than showroom.
Very happy with my new lounge suite, great service and fast delivery times considering COVID.

came over on a Sunday, looking to take a lounge home same day. due to covid alot of lounges from amy shop you cant buy. so i asked the lady to go see what i can buy amd take today, she came back with a fair few, we got what we wanted, the man out the back helped load it up on our trailer. great service, and good price
