Went to look at a push bike for my 4 year old and the staff were kind and friendly. Gave us advice on which size bike to buy what size helmet and went through accessories with us and got it all ordered. Ready to collect in 2 days time all built and ready to go! Very happy 4 year old :)

The staff are great. They always have time to show you goods and talk things through. The shop is well stocked, the prices are sensible. We bought two electric bikes and we love them. They fold to fit in a car, and are light enough for two oldies to handle.

I had a dash cam fitted this morning. From the initial phone call booking a slot to driving away after the fitting, I received excellent service. Both the fitter and the sales assistant were courteous and helpful, and were a credit to the company. Highly recommended.

My daughter and I visited the store on Christmas Eve to investigate a problem with her car. The staff were highly efficient, polite and extremely helpful. They identified the problem, her car battery was tested there and then, a new battery fitted and further advice was given. My daughter drove away safely and successfully just in time for Christmas! Thank you to those who helped. I would highly recommend this store.

I visited Louth Halfords for replacement window wiper. Nice, friendly, smiling staff. The chap who fitted the wiper was quick and checked I'd put my other wiper on correctly. Pleasant visit.
