Waiting in a que the lady same me go in as she was serving a customer at the shop side. I paitently waited my turn bus she then continued to serve another customer on the shop side that had come in after me. So serve que jumpers first not a good experience. Also took a parcel on a Monday 8.35am sent parcelforce 48 the parcel was still in the post office Tuesday lunchtime with a bag of letters and parcels that were there on the Monday morning when I dropped my parcel off. No wonder it takes ages for customers to get there parcels.
