i decided on this place for my dogs first grooming.. i have heard many people talk about how wonderful it is here.. i was a bit nervous to drop my girl off someplace new.. but there were lots of other doggos there that welcomed her.. the employees were also very kind and welcoming. they did a great job and i am very happy with the results! i would say 10/10 would definitely recommend :)

Ok, I don’t often give reviews, but I had to for Lovable Pets because I love them so much. We have a dog with really high anxiety (our vet requires her to wear a muzzle and have prescribed muscle relaxers & anxiety meds just for an apt.) Lovable pets, however, has taken her for 3 grooming appointments with no hesitation, muzzle, or medications. They have been so patient with her and have had no problems because they listen to her cues so well. They take their time and always do an amazing job. We’re so thankful for the groomers here ️. Thank you! Also, any time we’ve come into the store for products we’ve been received with great customer service. The employees here know what they’re talking about, but not in an uppity way, if you know what I mean. ;) GO TO LOVABLE PETS ️Highly highly recommend.

For the past three years I have supported and purchased my dog food, treats, toys, leashes, ext. from Lovable Pets. After today I will never purchase anything for my dogs from there again. Previously, I have been told time and time again that if your pet isn't a fan of the food you selected, then bring it in and we will take it back even if its half gone, NO PROBLEM! Last week I purchased some Steve's Raw Food for my two dogs, which they had loved in the past but this time around, not sure why they will not touch it. After a few tries I decided to take it back since they will not eat it and need food. The lady working, who has been rude in the past, would not take it back due to not having the box, even though they NEVER said anything about having to have all the original packaging. "NO QUESTIONS asked, we give it away to the shelter." Are the words from MULTIPLE employees there to both my husband and I. Never mind that in the THREE years of buying various kinds of food, not ONCE have we brought any back. Not one word posted in the store stating the "Policy" on returned food items. Also it being frozen food, of course I am going to take it out of the box and put the bag in my freezer. Why would I keep the box in my freezer? I asked, "ok well, I have the shopping receipt does that help? Or what about my account it shows what and how much I purchase here? Also, you were the one working just last week when I got it, just a few days ago. And its still in the bag it came in I just don't have the box since I had no prediction of this happening.." "Nope nothing I will do about it." she replied. Ok well to Dee-O-Gee I go for my pets dietary needs, treats and toys. Thank you so much for sticking by your word! The poor customer service and lying resulted in a customer of three years gone. FYI Lying is the most grotesque thing anyone can do.

We (me and my wife) always enjoy going in here. The employees are always helpful, knowledgeable, and eager to help. The only real minus is that the pricess are a little higher than most other stores in the area, but we don't mind given they do have things I couldn't find at Petsmart. Plus, the employees are way more involved.

Five stars. Rae did an awesome job with my Wheaten. Great styling for this breed. I am really happy and would encourage anyone in town with a Wheaten to see her. Kudos!!!

We took our giant dog here for the pet wash and they have so many supplies for pups from Xl to Xs. The staff are incredibly helpful and listened to our concerns. She suggested food options and supplements to support Bucks needs.
