I’ve been going to Pauline’s classes now for 2 years and hate missing a session. Her coaching is clear - great while I was beginning and learning new moves; enthusiastic and encouraging - just what’s needed after a long day at work! Highly recommend these classes.

Pauline is an excellent instructor, who is both dedicated and knowledgeable. She tailors her classes to fit both beginners and advanced. She is supportive and encourages everyone to work at their own pace. I highly recommend her classes! :)
Fabulous instructor- I’m a total newbie and Pauline is so patient and gives really clear directions. Would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxed class in a lovely environment.
