Fraud!. They play with people mind to earn maximum profit. I opted for a deluxe A/C houseboat, got a call from loveshore while I was on the way to alleppey from Munnar that they are upgrading it to premium houseboat(but twin sharing) without any extra charges. They sent the pics of such a beautiful premium houseboat but when we went there it was a 5-room sharing houseboat and that boat was totally opposite of what they showed in the pic(I guess they downloaded the pic of most beautiful premium houseboat from internet and sent that to me), they were just trying to save money of a single room private houseboat.
