Without a doubt one of the best people my wife and I had the pleasure of working with for our wedding. We had some huge set backs due to the COVID 19 pandemic in 2020 and Brad was there every step of the way to ensure our ceremony was wonderful. We had to postpone, handle poor weather, and even cut our wedding down to 25% and Brad was supportive and helpful through it all. My wife and I knew if we just made it to the ceremony site, Brad would take care of it all and we would have nothing else to worry about for the rest of our special day. I would recommend Brad to anyone who is looking for a professional that is caring, understanding. and humorous.

The stars aligned and we ended up with the perfect wedding officiant! After a last minute change, Rev. Brad Hughes was willing to work with us....only 4 weeks from the wedding! He took an incredible amount of time to get to know us and delivered the most personal, heartwarming ceremony! Tears swept through the room at several points! We are STILL hearing compliments about the ceremony. We will definitely recommend Rev. Brad to all of our friends and clients!
Brad is awesome! He has an energetic and genuine spirit. The ceremony was individualized for our \love story\, and fun and engaging for the guests. We loved him, and many of our friends and family came up to us raving about his words and approach. We also went through premarital counseling which was super helpful - we discussed topics we would have never thought of otherwise. Highly recommend!
Rev. Brad was an awesome officiant! We had a very small but intimate wedding due to Covid, and we really didn't want an officiant to read from a copy/paste script from hundreds of other weddings done in the past. Love Story Weddings is all about your personal wedding, and telling your love story, from the very beginning! Brad made our wedding ceremony unique, fun, and emotional in all the right ways. We had several meetings (over Zoom) to curate our story leading up to our special day, and he made sure it was perfect with all the details. Brad showed up early to our venue the day of which kept us at ease, and he really made us feel like we were the only couple in the world getting married at the time. After the ceremony, he even personally mailed our Marriage License for us to the Cook County City Clerk! I would highly recommend Rev. Brad as the officiant for your wedding. You will not regret it! Well we had planned and asked my pastor to officiate our wedding and to our surprise he was retiring 5 months before our wedding and had already booked a trip on our wedding date. Confused, heartbroken and hopeless we started searching for officiants. We found Brad and said \eh let's see how this interview goes\ well the interview went beautifully! Brad was prompted, professional, light hearted, easy going, and filled with classic dad jokes. We were so comfortable we had forgotten that he was a vendor, felt more like family. What captivated both of us was HOW he would bring out our love story Throughout the entire process Brad's thorough communication was superb! He walked us through everything, ensured us if we had any questions, comments, concerns or suggestions to let him know and he'll be there (AND HE WAS). We had so many issues and delays with rehearsal and before the ceremony I was beyond irritated and stressed. Brad constantly ensured me that everything was going to be perfect. And to be completely honest every time he said it i internally rolled my eyes because othing is perfect\! Well to my surprise OUR CEREMONY WAS FLAWLESSLY PERFECT!!! Everything fell into place, everyone laughed and cried (even those who i thought were incapable of doing such) and even after 41 days of being married people are STILL calling and messaging us saying how wonderful the ceremony was, how they loved hearing/ knowing our love story and asking if Brad was our home church pastor because if so they will attend service lol. Brad is a man of his word, his patience, sacrifices, kindness and incredible skill will forever be etched in our hearts and we will forever be grateful, i would highly recomend Brad as your officiant!
Rev Brad was such an amazing officiant for our wedding! He was so helpful in designing the ceremony and customizing it to our love story. The ceremony was entertaining and funny, yet heartfelt and authentic. We would highly recommend him to any couple looking for an officiant!
