Poor customer service. I was on hold for 30min. Spoke to the manager Charles. When he couldn’t figure out when my order would be there he started talking about getting a refund. Just because you can’t figure out what’s going on with my order u just take the easy way out and try to refund me. NO! Figure it out give 10% off, keep a loyal customer happy. I’ve been waiting 2 weeks for a mirror when I was told it would take 2 days. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

As soon as I walked into the door the wonderful lady greeted me warmly. She made me ! I asked her for help of finding a product. She not only pointed me in the direction of where the item was, she went and got it for me. I have Been to this location several time and the customer service has been exemplary.
