The staff is super nice. But they only have one BLACK donor. The profile that they have for the donors give very little detail. The price is amazing. I personally don't think they are looking or black donors.

My wife and I are using Cryogam Colorado to help us have children. The staff always has answers to my weird questions. Everyone that works there seems to be pretty awesome. We have thoroughly enjoyed our experience working with them. I recommend them to my queer friends looking to start a family of their own.

Very good experience. The online chat option is helpful for quick questions. I did have some problems with the website - sometimes I had to restart my browser to view all the donors. I do wish there was more information available from the staff (such as 'impressions' or general features aside from weight/height etc) when you buy a long profile. Overall I have been very pleased with my choice to go with Cryogam Colorado and will recommend it in the future.
DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE- first and foremost the director/ owner is a very “entitled” stuck up person that really does NOT care about helping others. My spouse is a veteran and we live literally 45 minutes away their requirement is “30” minutes- SERIOUSLY. We need the extra money and are attempting to help people; I attempted to explain to the very disrespectful owner we have a brand new vehicle and I already have a commitment to the Colorado area two to three times a week so my spouse committing is no issues whatsoever. However she is not concerned about the potential donation that could have helped various people instead she is more concerned with her self.
We have a beautiful daughter thanks to the folks at Cryogam. They made it easy to pick up and return the tank and clearly had a great sample for us!
It is unfortunate that I need to even leave a star. The experience I had at this location was so terrible. The staff was very short and rude. The overall experience of having to collect a sample was so uncomfortable. People walking back and forth in front of the door with their heels banging on the hardwood, cold patient room, it was so incredibly uncomfortable. I would advise finding ANY WHERE else to go.
