Very polite and friendly. Been with them for a year and no complains. If I had a problem they took care of it. No problems and they didn't give me an a hard time either. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Called twice and I was place on hold for 10 minutes each time!!!! No word came out of my lips when they automatic answer say their greeting then on hold right away! Unacceptable!! A week later and STILL DON'T RECEIVE the quote I requested!! Still disappointed! The only reason I updated to a 2 star is because Monica has been very nice since day 1 that I spoke with her other than that would still be a 1 star for this place.
