Finally, my yard is complete thanks to my Lowder shed! The entire process was perfect. After finding Lowder Buildings on Facebook, I took a 50 mile drive from Durham to check out the quality in person. John greeted me and gave me a tour and I was not disappointed! These structures are superior to the big box stores in EVERY way. He even sent me home with a handful of paint swatches so I could match the color of my house. The next day I placed my custom order (12x16 Deluxe A-frame). About 3 weeks later my shed was built and delivered/installed (free of charge!). Not only is my yard complete, but I've been able to reclaim my garage too! Thank you to the entire Lowder team. Highly recommend.
We are satisfied with the shed however when building on site our brand new vinyl fence was damaged while they were building our shed on June 2, 2020. I have proof(pictures)that it was not damaged before they built the shed. The same day while one of the guys was still here we notified them. Pictures was sent the same day. The guy said he could put a hot blow dryer to it..... that unacceptable being our fence is brand new. We contacted the lady about it and they didn't offer to fix it or take off anything from the shed. Matter fact the guy wouldn't leave until he made sure they got the payment which is understandable but we shouldn't had to pay full price until there was a resolution to fixing our fence. Here we are on October 25 with a dent still in our fence and no compensation what so ever. We reached out a second time on September 22 and did what was instructed of us. No one has reached out to us about the fence damage at ALL.
Manufactured on location and very flexible with customer requests. Also prices are more than reasonable. Enjoyed seeing the buildings being constructed at their location.
