I have had two separate dealings with them and both times were dodgy. The first time I was significantly overcharged for an item by the lady there not sure if it was innocent. The second was after lockdown and I needed to exchange an unopened boxed item that was too big for the space we had. A lady who spoke limited English agreed to sell me the old floor model but the "new price" would be 150 bucks more expensive than original price! I was desperate and she knew it so I had to go ahead with it. They are ruthless traders selling cheap low quality products. You could try bunnings or mitre10 their prices are similar but with better quality and they will offer you an authentic guarantee so if anything goes wrong. If you do decide to shop there be warned and always check your invoice !

‼️‼️‼️BE WARNED ;BUYERS BEWARE CROWN BATHROOMS DOES NOT TRADE FAIRLY ‼️‼️‼️ ABSOLUTELY DREADFUL customer service from manager Terry! My story is ...I bought a slightly incorrect sized shower. This was identical to the permanently displayed model in the showroom. I asked to exchange this. There was no notice on this stating it was not exchangable & I was not told it couldn’t be returned. I have been refused an exchange on the basis my shower was custom made when it wasn’t. All communication ceased after 1 email reply refusing assistance & gIven a link to the t’s& c’s. The manager was offered a swap of just the door & tray to the larger size & I offered to buy a new liner but he’s just shut down communication. I was a regular, loyal customer of this business but this combined with Covid restrictions has costs far exceeding the replacement shower I will have to purchase. hopeless guy especially if you take back stuff under warranty or for returns. All he cares about is getting goods out of the door and never about helping a customer. SAD that he does not know it wont last long. What a Losing mindset. God save this business. Try talking about a fault in their product, they look at you suspiciously as if the fault is all yours. IF YOU STILL BUY IT FOR PRICE REMEMBER TO SHARE YOUR EXPERIENCE AFTER A YEAR, IM SURE YOU WILL HAVE SOMETHING TO SHARE AFTER A YEAR.
