We dealt with the company some 3 years back. They made an effort to come to Featherston to measure, and a few weeks later to install. Slightly unorganised in their communications but great service and products.

Appalling communication. I had to chase the quote which appeared incorrect. Waiting over a month for someone to organise another measure up. Have heard absolutely nothing. I would not recommend them to anyone and am frankly surprised they are still in business. I regret not reading the previous reviews prior to making contact with them.
I've dealt with a lot companies in my time and I would have to say Showerite Wellington were without a doubt the most disorganised, unprofessional I've come across. Do not waste your time engaging this lot to do any work. The manager can not even remember to keep appointments. This after stressing the importance of having "someone there who can make decisions". Waste of time.
Very friendly staff and good quality product.
Very poor service. Manager made a time with us to visit to measure. He arrived an hour early and was not happy that we weren't home. Paid 1/2 of the amount and then took 3 months and some pressure from us to get them to install doors and wardrobe organiser. Doors all wonky and door rails not what we requested.
