Went in today and Chris was amazingly helpful. Talked us through different cuts and styles and explained everything we needed to know about what we were looking for. Could not have asked for better service from a charismatic friendly person!

I had the most uncomfortable experience this week trying on their products for making a decision for purchase, trying to find one that I love and suits me; For the 1st time ever in my experience with dealing with MH in the past 20years, they asked me for my ID twice and walks off with it, what the .... was she doing with it!!!! I was treated like I was a crook.!!! I have never felt so uncomfortable in my life, I just wanted my ID back and to get out of there. Never again am I going to Michael Hill Jewellers. Will definitely be going to their competitors from now on. Thanks MH you have just lost a valuable customer!!!

A bit racist customer service, felt like the lady behind the counter was a bit rude, she wouldn't help.me when I asked her about a product, she wasnt busy so she could of assisted me, and for that I turned around and walked out, was gonna but something to, but ended up going next door to the other jewelers. And she was very nice and very helpful.

Would never visit here again. Had the worst service and lack of empathy from the Male salesperson yesterday. Not only did he tell me they couldn't do anything for my damaged ring, (they could but chose not to help me) but as I was the one asking the questions and speaking to the staff member- he kept looking and speaking to my male partner. I wasn't rude to the member of staff even though I was visibly upset. Just humiliating
